I have finnally got my dream... I bought my own Subaru WRX STi... 300 Hp of pure turbo muscle hhahaha.... EVEN though i am a DIE HARD 7thgen FAN, i wanted to ask this forum an inportant question!!! Which car that is out now, which can and will run circles around my Sti????... and my secound question to alll is, if i can beat my buddy'z EVo 7 that he is gettin this saturday in performance wise...I have read all the articles but i jus want to hear some opinions???thankx 7thgeners... an yes i still have my civic.. that baby is my everyday car an sti is just my toy on the weekends....

I saw your car at the chicago meet. Sweet ride, but an Sti is way faster. The evo is pretty well matched, although I think the Sti still has more hp.

Sti is a RAW car.. but remember they are all off the line.. after that ists about as fast as a mid 13sec car.. i pulled a full car on my guys Sti from 40-100mph... he was PISSED... i beat evos ALL day from 35-40... off line, i would get EATEN due to traction probs with FWD.. NICE car though.. and oh yeah, his is stock.. with mods you will run low 12s. high 11s with about 2k into it... NIICE car... and yes, you will WALK the EVO... lol...

HELL YEAH MAN, i reallly wanted to have my civic boosted with the Sf kit just liek yours man... but i though about it.. i already put about 4 grand into my civic and i didn't want to put anymore into it, EVEN though the 7thgens are my favorite to drive... the Sti was a dream for me to get.. an i achieved it.. but the only problem is that my buddy is getting his Evo really soon like this saturday an i really don't want to get raped... I played around with my Sti and its preetty quick, i drove my friends EVO 7 when i went to florida, and for some odd reason, i feel like that was taking off liek a MONSTER... i got my sti like 3 dayz ago and i have my Teinz on the way and i have my Apexi GT Spec exhaust in my garage..All i need to do is put it on....anyone have a good place that i can take it too?? i was goin to go to One6 if noone has a better place... ANNYYWAYyyzz... FUTURERSXSWAP.. I THINK we need a little match up someplace lol... i'll be at the next chicago meet for sure...representing the Sti... my cousin will b driving my 7thgen...Ohh yeahh, i'll ahve pix up soon, if anyone was woundering, its Black with Gold BBS rims...i took the navi out of my civic an hooked it up to the sti... i also got an OEM body kit and a OEM Turbo gauge, oil pressure and voltage cluster.....

I had a very nice match up goin to class today...It was a Dodge SRT4 turbo... we were going down higgins towards woodfield mall and he did a fly by on me... I hauled *** after him, he was in 3 gear an i was in 4th an i raped him at the light by about 2 car sizes...but he wouldn't give up, an then i did some crazy traffic moves which kinda got him pissed.. he was with his girl friend i think, an looked liek she was PISSED..hahahah newayz, dat was fun, though i'd share that with my 7thegnerrz ttull ..

Im not on this forum much, I just caught a glance at this post and some of you guys have no idea what you're talking about.
STi will take an EVO7 and an EVO8 no problem driving well.
And if you're even regarding the SRT4 then horsepower is out of your league.
Dont be scared of EVOs man, I have 4 friends, with 4 different EVOs mostly all stock except for a boost gauge or what-not.
Anyways they range from 13.1-14.0
It all depends on the driver, where in that case most people do not know how to drive it well.
Yea I may not drive a 2001 Civic anymore but my all motor 99 Em1 can eat some daily.
As for SRT4, if you cant pull on them; sometimes very wrong.
So you ask where are you sitting?
Your up with 12g turbo+ guys.
Screw the stock cars; if you can't pass em then you suck; or sometimes gone wrong like I said.
Find a WRX with a t3 hybrid turbine, you'll run with him.
And the reason why i clicked the thread it seemed like you wanna get a race going, sorta a challenge, if so.
I have a 97 Eclipse that will run you when the winters done.
Route 66; and don't forget your wallet.

I was at the previous meet.
I had a red 99 coupe, came with a blue dc5-S; not mugenracerX's the other kid.
Anyways I heard the next one might be a track event, no offense to some people here but some people need to realize 14s aint fast, Im sure you kno what I mean.
To give you more info, it's not my car its a good friend of mine, and if you guys wanna run for small change thats cool, but between me and you; unless you're sure you're hittin the single digits, don't line up next to him. Other people I can careless about but Im not here to screw you over, it was just I thought it was a challenge at first, but I read the title wrong.

But anyways like I said theres a good reason why I have knowledge when it comes to guys like you, breakin from the civic, and a reason why Im the only one drivin a Honda with the people I run with, cause we know Civics are slow. Thats why i say even if we don't get a track day or whatever, I'll try to PM you April when Route66 opens or whatever man maybe we will have a track day and hurt some 7th gen civics.

if you have a sti why in the hell wood you wanna race a srt4 you should get biotch slapped for pulling that punk move. why dont you go up to someone that you know has equal amount of hp as you. I CAN GIVE YOU A LIST OF WHAT CARS CAN BEAT YOU....... starting with the m3 you want stats

DUDe, y are you freakin out on me... I saw the Srt guy on the street, so i might as well jus **** with him coz i was late to class... LOL.. It wasn't like i was looking for the guy to race.. i saw him like cut traffic from far back and wehn he got behind me, he jus stayed on my *** for a bit, then he jus did a fly by which he almost ****ed up coz he was inches to da car next to me... About the M3, yes of course... That thing will rape me! Unless i do some more mods, then i'll prob keep up with it... anywayz, thanks for ur comment though...
