Black EM2 in FtW?

Black EM2 in FtW? Ok, so last night (1 Aug) I was turning south onto Hulen by Southwest Library, and I see a Black EM2 go by. I turn and catch up to get a better look at it but this car turned into the Albertsons' parking lot at Hulen and I-20. I was thinking something along the lines of, "I wonder if this is a 7thgen guy?", meaning this site, and I saw he was reppin' a 7thgencivic.com decal on the back left window. Here's all I saw:
Black
Lowered
Front Fascia, skirts, and bumper
Exhaust
Black or Gunmetal Rims
'01-'03 tails
No spoiler
This was at about 11:00 at night. Any idea who this was, out of curiosity?

Rep Power: 0 I don't know. My car's not worth showing off, it's bone stock. But I might go just to see some nice-*** cars. My friend just got an IS300, I may be able to talk him into going.
