San Antonio People
As a San Antonio resident of sorts...(I live in Vegas but own investment property in SA) I just thought I'd tell you guys that SA is expected to be THE biggest Real Estate boom for the next several years. So....I'm not telling anyone how to spend their money here, but if you're smart...you can make some nice coin in the next couple of years. Take advantage now while it's still easy to get in.
Going to sell a house w/in the next 2 months to buy something a little down the road. Not sure if i really want to because my side of town is growing quite a bit. Over by Citibank.

SA is projected to be the number one appreciating city for the next year or two. I'm on that city like flies on ****.
Most Real Estate investments are a minimum two year investment though. Thank Clinton and his capital gains tax for that.
