hey, anyone with a turbo'd civic had their inspection done while having the turbo setup? someone told me that if I got a turbo I would not pass emissions inspection....where I could see that as being true,...I'm also skeptical seeing that there are prolly many turbo'd cars that have passed inspeciotn and what not

I didn't know Texas had emmissions.....
Either way, check some local forums (if there are any).

some select places in texas are doing emissions testing now. Normally you can get a inspection done at jo schmo places and they never think twice about passing if everything is good. No need to worry about it

i think everywhere in austin is doin emission test now.... since october i think....

i passed in houston, and our emissions regulations (harris county) are the toughest in the state.

i have a turbo si, the last time i got mine done i was untuned and was running very rich, it passed wiht no problem. i doubt you will have any problems ether
