Paint in D-Town?

Paint in D-Town?
I "hope" to have a good quality used bumper soon. However it is SSM and has a few scrapes in the paint and my car is NHBP. How much should I be looking at paying to get it re-painted (I can remove/replace if that would help)? Anyone got the hookup?? One shop in Plano quoted me $400 for paint/prep. That seems like gang-rape (or maybe this
