security system upgrade!!!

the latest in personal protection and security from my good friends at Springfield Armory: the "Xtreme Duty" XD45LE, chambered for .45 GAP... the pic is from my first day with it at the Bullet Hole shooting range here in San Antonio, shooting Speer "Lawman" target rounds at 15 yards...

by the way, for those in the San Antonio area, Bullet Hole is having their monthly Concealed Handgun class on the 22nd of this month...if anyone's interested, we can have a Civic meet and then go shoot stuff

... you'll get all the required instruction, including time for qualifying on the range, and your concealed carry permit for like $70

... check out their web site or give them a call for more details...

haha... i'm definitely not one of those "i could never shoot anybody" kind of people... i work hard for my stuff......and i will do whatever it takes to make sure that my stuff STAYS my stuff...

i would almost feel sorry for whoever would be unlucky enough to pick my house to break into this week: i'm still getting settled in to my new house, so there's a .45, a .40, a .380, an 8" Remington hunting knife, a machete, and 6 throwing knives next to my bed haha...

well i am by no means an expert, but i did a $hitload of research on just about about every brand of firearm you can imagine, so if you want my $.02 before you make a purchase, i'd be more than happy to give you any information i may have...

sorry, bro, the .45 is the best handgun i've ever owned, so that's staying... and the .40 is a gift for a friend, as soon as she gets around to moving into her new apartment...
