I was under the impression that the dfw crew was gonna leave friday so that we could stay at least over night and then chill all day saturday and leave sunday morning instead of chillin for the rest of saturday when we get there and then leave sunday morning! it would be more worthwhile for us dfw guys so that we dont have to turn around and come back the very next day!

Got the kit installed and painted but a few minor issues came up! I dont know if you guys have ever noticed this but when you get ground effects painted, they never match the rest of the car. Its always a shade off. Well that is the case with mine. It always happens even though it is the right paint code. Also when i got my old POS fiberglass kit installed at a private body shop(not this one) those fvkers drilled holes in my rocker panel( the part directly underneath the door)! The reason being is because they had to apparently drill the side skirts into the door sill! B**tches! So now i have three bb sized holes in each door sill that you can see with the door closed! Well the owner of the shop is cool as hell and is gonna cut me a break! He is gonna paint the entire car and remove all of the dents for 590 bucks! And this paint job is very similar to the way the factory paints it only he isnt putting several layers on. It is a base coat with integrated urethane and then a full clear coat over that! The paint job alone is worth $1000 and hes doin in for $229! The other $360 is to remove the dents! Ohh he also offered to throw in a little bit of a pearl color of my choice if i wanted to! It wouldnt be like color changing or anything but more like some of the cadilacs you see today but not that purplsih color! The color i was lookin at was a silverish color! Do you guys think that would be straight or should i leave the factory paint? Ill take some pics of what it looks like now after i get it washed today!

ok Dallas, Austin and LA guys and everyone else from out of town... I went to the woodlands area and found the hotel w/ the garage.
The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel
1601 Lake Robbins Drive
The Woodlands TX 77380
Phone: 281-367-9797
the place looks really nice and it is tucked back away from the mall and any thru traffic. Sorry it took me so long to drive out there. Just got back. lol
and the place looks like it might be a bit pricey. didn't get prices
Thanks for the comments on the wheels. I'm enjoying them but now I am wanting to get a full coilover set up. I want to be a bit lower.
