Alright guys, it is definate that i am coming to this meet from louisiana. I will be staying with my Aunt and Uncle. They live in Cleveland which is only like 30 minutes out....What i need to know is exactly where is the meet going to be at. I have read talk of Houston, The Woodlands, so where is it going to be...if i missed the post where you guys said, then my bad...will you please say it again...

Rep Power: 333 Damn cant wait... Hey Joe and Steve I think since we're hosting it we need to make it out there pretty earlier so we can reserve parking area and a good spot for the bbq..... Just an idea cause last time just showing up and hoping you get a spot didnt work out... I have some orange cones and danger tape I can bring so we can cover up some parking spots.... Just an idea..
As far as the bbq we could start a list on the first post here and make a list of what needs to be brought and everyone can just post as to what they want to bring you know... I'd be willing to get some of the meat and some drinks (cokes & beer).....

I'll be willing to come up with some cash for meat/beer and do some prep for this, but I don't know that we should really do much more than what everyone in s7 can eat/drink.
No offense to everyone else, but we can't really guarantee who else will be showing up until y'all actually arrive... I think everyone may have to be in charge of their own supplies... makes it easier to deal with.

what I am going to do is bring out my competition bbq trailer, and we will cook all the meat and whatever, we will also buy all of the chips sodas etc. ahead of time, and then no one will have to worry about bringing anything to the meet...
What I will ask is that all that are planning on attending please paypal me 10.00 to cover these costs, I think that amount is fair so that we can cover everything.... also I am going to check into the park and see if there is any need to reserve the spot or whatever so that we will for sure have that spot for the meet...
if anyone has any questions or concerns about the money or whatever please feel free to pm me...
if this sounds good to everyone and there is positive feedback about the money situation then i will put up my paypal id in a few days so people can start to send thier money in, what i am thinking is if we get the cash together here in the near future then i can have my wife watch for the prices to go on sale on the different meats so that we can get the most for our money....

Rep Power: 333 Sounds pretty good Steve but like everyone said no offense to anyone but I mean if you dont pitch in and just show up at least bring some chips or drinks or something cause after everyone pitches in I dont think freeloaders will be welcome....at least no to the food and drinks...
