Moving to SA
So my wife finally convinced me to leave snobville (Plano) and make the move to San Antonio. I'm gonna miss all of the soccer mom MILF's. We found that houses there are like 75% of the cost that they are in DFW. My job is based out of the home, so it's like I'll be making more money. The only bad thing is that in laws will be all up in my **** now since they will be within 30 minutes.
Anyhow, my question was this..... Since I have no experience with SA, where is a good place to live that is not known for crime, yet affordable ($150,000 or so)?
USAFCUSHMAN, when I get there, you are going to have to help me with some ICE projects in both the vic and Expedition.

There's tons of places and you can get one hell of a 2 story house for 150k. Northwest/North Central area is pretty good. You can find some good stuff out in the Northeast area, but you have to drive a little ways out. What do you do out of your house if you don't mind me axin...
Here's a nice map with some areas and some links....hope that helps...

hey, just wanted to take a second to say good luck with your move...i'm looking forward to working with you on any projects you want to get into...i've probably taken apart my Civic more times than anyone else in the world, so that's gonna be a piece of cake, and i love doing installs in SUVs (i'm 6'4", so i like to have some room to work)...i also get pretty big discounts on just about anything concerning mobile audio/video through my ex-boss and some friends back in FL (i just bought an all Infinity system for a friend's Solara that would cost $1409.95 on Crutchfield.com for $884)...and i have a 2-car garage, so weather, etc. won't be an issue...i'll PM you in just a sec with my phone number and address, and i look forward to hearing from you...later!
oh yeah...better take as many pics of the soccer mom MILFs as possible while they're around...i hear that San Antonio was voted the fattest city in America, and all it takes is a stroll through the mall to reinforce that...

hey, then maybe y'all have the same problem in H-Town: try to holla at a chick in the mall or something 'cuz she's the only one under 180 lbs, turns out she's like 14...and 99% of the female population in S.A. have absolutely no a$$ at all (unless their the aforementioned middle-schooler...and that's just not cool at all...)...it's like their a$$ falls off on their 18th birthday...sucks much...

haha...sorry Fraga...guess that was a little harsh...i actually have seen some very beautiful women around here, but they're definitely the minority in most public places (exception: Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, A'Gaci and a couple othere stores in the mall have some of the most gorgeous girls i've ever seen...)...see, my thing is, i'm from a little redneck town in FL about 30 miles south of Georgia (there's about 30,000 people in my whole county), and the girls i grew up with are unbelievable...gotta love a good ol' blue-eyed blonde-haired country girl dropping out of a mud-covered Z-71 complete with 39" SuperSwampers, dog box, 20' whip antenna and all that)...now i'm not your typical "redneck" (at least that's what i'm trying to convince myself...), but that's just hot...and when i walk through NorthStar, Ingram, theater, or wherever, there's just no comparison to that...and hey, if you want to suggest where else i should be looking (i've only been here for about a month, so i have yet to hit the clubs), i'll be more than happy to post my findings...and 4Saris, sorry i jacked your thread!
