Some Dude Hit Me!!

Some Dude Hit Me!! *Re-Edited* Sorry to 7thgencivic.com for the first entry. 
Man what a month... I was going down this street called Lina, and I was going about maybe 33 on a 30. As you drive down this street on your right side is an apt. complex called City Limits. And I notice this car was coming out taking a left turn to go the opposite direction of me. So as soon as that car passes me, I was already passing where he came out of. And this other car that was going the opposite direction of was trying to take a left into that same place where the first car came out of. And soon did I know he hits my rear left panel, scuffs my white rims, ans severly smashes in my left panel.
The car was totally drivable, but what pissed me off the most was, I got out of my car, and ask the dude if he was okie, and he said he was just fine. SO then I proceeded to ask him if he saw me coming, and said no, and THEN!!! He said yeah man, you were going to fast, I was HELL NO! So I told him, how could judge my speed if you didn't see me coming??!!! And all this guy could say was, oh yeah..... 
STUPID IDIOT! 
AND GUESS WHAT THAT GUY DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE!!!! 
So now my car is in the shop, and getting repaired, and I have to pay the $250 dollars deductable since i had the no insured motoriest policy. 
So I am driving a poniac rental car, and ragging the $hit of it.

Rep Power: 0 well, I am claiming it on my insurance, and the dude that hit me, has to repay the insurance company back, and the damage was around 3'gs. I kinda feel sorry for the guy, cause he works at a chinese resturant cleaner, and he kids too. So it is going to be alittle bit tight for the next couple of months for him. Cause if the insurance doens't get its money, they are going to sue him.
