No Spinners
wouldnt it be a good idea to make rims that dont spin at all. the basic same design as spinners but put them on ball bearings with a weight at the bottom so they dont spin when your driving. yeah. i gunna make some watch, remember im the one that came up with the idea.

smart guys, theyre already made! the spinner rims can be locked in place like when on the freeway that way the bearings dont break. so they stay still while the car is movin, ive seen it plenty of times, looks bad *** like the car is just gliding, only thing moves is the tires. the rim is movin but spinner is not. i doubt u can make a whole rim that dont spin, the car wouldnt move.

yea they already got rims where they don't spin when your driving.... they got this plate that blocks the real rim that is spinning which makes it look like the outer rim isn't moving!
