Windshield/ Glass shops?
Does any body know of a good shop or buis to get a new windsield and have it installed. Some thing hit mine very badly leaving a nasty crack and spider cracks all over.

That would be fine exept for a 500 deduct and I think it could be fixed for cheaper. I was just curious if any body has a shop they recommend. No biggie I will do some leg work and find out for my self.

sometimes they are weird with glass. I have a 1k deduc and they fixed mine. Also they may be able to work you a good deal with a company they work with.

Sorry don't know of any good glass shops off the top of my head but when I get a chance I will ask my dad becuase some of commerical trucks that he serices are in bad shape and have cracked windshields ,dents and things because the drivers don't care about them so I will see where he takes them to get the windshields replaced.

It turns out my moms boss has had some work done and it was cheap and done right. So I will keep ya posted. As for pics I really suck at posting them but I will try today. My title you change makes me want to change yours but I want to be original just know that I will change it as soon as I am inspired.

have you tried window fixing shops? they use some kind of gel. my insurance company pays for it with no deductible

Rep Power: 0 Just to let you know I have found some places selling the glass for around a 100 bucks. One place wanted 50 to install but its a shady hole in the wall and I do not trust em. The place in marysville(sp) told me they would do a replacement with labor and tax for $309. I am going with them. Btw for those who are saying go for the insurance I read there policies before posting and my type of damage is not covered in there "fixable" area and I would have to shell the deduct. Plus it says it would not necessarilly raise my rates it would be a factor when an evaluation comes up. I see it as a reason for them to raise rates. Imo nothing is free some one has to pay its either now or later.

Rep Power: 0 Hahaha yeah that one place in Rancho Cordova was shady. So is the place doing just labor for $309 and you have to go to HAP for the window or is it $309 for everything including window.
O yeah hows your mouth. You should be back on solid food by now. Do you get food stuck in the holes where your wisdom teeth used to be?

The price 309 is with the windshield included. So its not too bad. LOL ya I ate carrots today and I was diggin that **** out for like 10 minutes. I think ill stay away from them for now.

. Get luck warm water and put some salt in it and swish it around in your mouth it helps get the stuck pieces out.
