Red face E.P.A SSM Sitting with Si badge on EM2

I saw this dude rollin with his buddy in a 04-05 SSM coupe civic with a Si badge. I wanted to ask him if he was had a k20 in there. He had an injen sticker and farty exhaust. Anyone know this guy. Wanted to take pic and make fun, but I have not camera phone. Sounds mean, but just F'in around.
