High Speed Tour- Scam, High Speed Tour- SCAM
The High Speed Tour is a MAJOR SCAM, nationwide. Chicago never went down.
Mike Le has done something like this before. Information from a credible source in the automotive industry. Do not give this person any vendor/sponsor money.

That is precisely what he does...this time he actually got Maxim Magazine and a public listed company to support him.
Mike Le, Mike Lee, Mike Gilles, Mike Gilles Le...the list of names goes on and on. From what I gather, he's done this in several cities. Now He still lives in Chicago, in Chinatown, anybody got ripped off and wants his address and photo, post here.

if anyone is interested in knowing more about Mike Le and his scams, just do a search for "Street Lethal Auto Salon" or visit the site iamfrozst.com wherein there is a story about last year's show..that's what tipped us off in the first place.
if anyone has any personal information or experience with this guy, please email me at davedewhurst@hotmail.com There is an FBI investigation on this guy, and I'm collecting information.
meanwhile as of the time I write this, http://www.highspeedtour.com is still up and running and still selling tickets for a tour which simply does not exist.

For those of you who have been scammed by this guy, I am very sorry. I have been involved in this industry for the past few years now, and I can tell you, it is full of liars and cheats, so this is nothing new.
But you as the consumer, also have to be on the watch. Pay attention to the people that you pay your money to. If the website looks cheap, if there is no contact phone number, if the contact email addresses are sent to free services such as Yahoo/Hotmail, just be out on the watch.
In reality, I do not see too much happening to this guy (Mike), but hopefully an investigation does get underway and some charges are brought forth.
For those of you who were scammed by this person, unless you paid with Cash/Money order, you can always file a dispute with your credit card company.
Simply call your customer care and tell them you want to dispute a charge that was made on your credit card for services that were not performed or something along those lines.
Good luck to everyone!
