first time pulled over.... $100 speeding ticket
second ' '........ i was pulled over for yellow headlights. they checked my engine, checked if my new Injen intake was legal, and checked front window tint. fix it ticket for window tint and yellow lights
third.... yellow headlights, checked the fix it ticket, had another cop roll through and let me go.

err.... such a hassel...

if you have one illegal thing on your car then for cops its all fair game. think of it this way..someone gets pulled over and the cop smells weed, thats probable cause and he can search the car and everyone in it, he doesnt need to get a warrent. same for this, illegal headlights, thats probable cause. jay-z was just trying to sound hardcore in "99 problems", lol.

yea, speed ticket does vary by speed i think. at least for 30mph+ over speed limit.
