HELP tien problem.

Anyone here want to help me take a look at my tien coil-over system. I having problem the rear is making noise while am i driving and i don't have dust boot cover on there too. Before i have Gc the shop didn't put on my dust boot on, and now i have tien basic and it still making noise without dust boot. i just spend 230 to let them check it out and they cut something off and now it even worst then ever. Help Help hElp.

I think.. not 100% sure i think they cut the seal for the shock absorber mount. It underneat the the mount. They said my thread it rubbing agaist it or it slanged. I just dig my car stock car part and i found this laying in box for year I think is rear dust cover.look like this O= with rubbing thing on it pix http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=169955

go back to that shop and tell them its even worse when they cutted it. you pretty much paid 230 to make things worse.
but what kind of sounds are you hearing and when does it occur?

i heard creeking noise from the rear, before is bump,people sit in rear seat,driveway and once a while driving. Now i heard it all the time when i the car is moving.

i don't even know what going on....... I did a search people said cut the dust boot cover but the dust cover is isn't there. So there shouldn't be anything rubbing. WTF! i did aligment already when i take it apart again do i have to realigment/camber it again?

i did it today.. soo.. i going back tomorrow. The shop owner told me to tight the bolt down if that didn't help.. they don't even know what going on.

hmm.. i really don't know... i have tien i don't think you need to compress it. That what i heard from the shop i brought it from. I don't sound like rattling noise is like more of creeking/squeaking noise coming from rear mount.

Another thing to remember also is that honda has a update on the rear tailing arm bushings for a squeak. I own teins ss on my civic and i did the same with the dust boot covers. Same thing a week later. Come to find out it was the tailing arm bushings
