dude, i seriously doubt ur engine could handle a lot of boost and that much shots of nitrous.
and like a lot of ppl on this board, i dont think straight-away races are called "real races"... especially in automatics. whats so hard about mashing on the gas???

In a "real race" or going circles around the track if both cars were pushing the same amount of power, an auto would probably lose because the manual has more control of where the RPMs should be (no, not redline, but the RPMs the engine makes it's power the best) when it comes to braking and powering out of corners. Still, it doesn't mean autos are useless. You know just as good as anyone it's a driver's race, and a driver's race around a track (even more so than in a straight line) is based on skill just as much.
Just as much as there is room for skill, there is always room for error.
