Hey,
Since you guys are like family, i thought that i would keep you guys updated on my long job hunt. Well, hunting season is over! I found a job, and i think its gonna stick this time. But, the bad news is i think that a lot of you will give me crap for it, and call me a "traitor", or "crooked".
I am the new Sales person at Marty Franich Ford Lincoln Mercury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Thats right, i am a new car sales man. I know what you are thinking, but think about this too...their lowestpayed sales person last month made $8500. Do you have any idea what i could do with all of that money!?! Im sure now even you are drooling on the possibilities.
So if you are, or if you know anyone that is looking for something that can be found in those brand names...tell them to come talk to me.

i just know a bunch about cars in general. I actually dont know that much about these particular companies though. You just have to be able to sweet talk them into giving you a position. Expressing that its all about the customer relationship, and making them the number one priority. Stuff like that. Really, you are selling youself to them...if you got it, you got it, if you dont, its hard to learn.
So you think that you can jump right into mercedes eh? Cool, wish i had a hookup like that. There is big money there.

I sold cars for a while...let me just say Good Luck 8500 a month is over $100,000 a year. I'm not saying the lowest paid salesman didn't make that...but I wouldn't plan on making that every month. Hope it works out for you.

That thing will put some 350Z/G35 owners on Dodge's SRT-4's rear bumper.

Too bad you can't do much else to it. I give it up to Dodge though for making the new fastest FF production car evAr that beats out some RWD/AWD performance cars in a straight line.

you cant do much to the SRT-4 cause its too new right now. I think its Mopar or something like that, its comming out with a small upgrade kit (like $200) put pushes HP from 230 to 250, and torque from 250 to like 265 or something like that. I know its big gains.
They are very fast cars, i drove one a while ago, GOBS OF TORQUE everywhere! That thing pulls hard.

i wanna hang onto my civic for a while. I have about 13 grand in parts that i wanna dump on the car. After that, its gonna be a show stopper, and 13 sec car. I will be pretty happy with that for a while. Might as well stick with the low insurance car till i move out and stuff like that.

Imagine how many new Civics it would take to add up to the amount of 2 NSXs... which is roughly $180,000+. If you could sell that many Civics, I'm sure you could have a very long vacation.
