AntDeezy is on a distinguished road
1) You need to go to the county building, make sure the name you want is not already taken.

2) Apply for the name (fictitious business name) like $15

3) You have to announce that you are a business and that your name is ......... (Prolly like $30)

4) Apply for a business license with the city that you plan on doing business in......

That’s all it takes to make it official

about the inventory u dont really need lots of $$ because...if u open a shop u can order direct from the dealer... so inventory wont be a problem... but the popular stuff you should have on stock..

one of the most important things is hook up....u have to have connection espeicaly to the dealer down south...cuz they can get you the deals.. My bro is partner in 2 shops...Ung Auto in houston, tx...and soon to be opening one in Signal Hill, Ca...and he works at www.Passwordjdm.com
