Truth to the security mishap after the BBQ.... Sup everyone. In case anyone is wondering or tripping off the ticket's we're SUPPOSED to get (like me, got enough tickets, dont need more) I decided to tell my mom what happened (for once) so she could talk to her buddy at the SJPD. He's the captain and is always getting in touch with other police stations and what not, so he's going to call in to Milpitas and ask if there has been a report OFFICIALLY filed for us by the GM Security. He's basically just going to try and get any info he can to help us out, he can't throw in his 2 cents to make us look innocent, but at least he can prepare us for what's going to happen or NOT going to happen. I should be updated Friday night, so I'll post then.
BTW, he refuses to sign off tickets lol, so don't ask. He pulled me over a couple times for speeding, and just told me to get my *** home before he calls my momma!

i dont know y u guys are trippin off this... we will NOT get any tickets. they didnt get everyones license plate, well, at least i didnt see them write it down... and besides, we were on the top level, i doubt they have cameras up there and what about witnesses?? there was no one there except for those other teens that bounced too. there was no report made by anyone else EXCEPT for the security guys... and if we were supposed to get tickets then they would have held us there until the police showed up!!! and even if the police showed up, we probably still wouldnt have gotten tickets either cuz like i said before, they have no proof of what we were doing, even if they knew what we were doing up there then how could they prove it?? how would they know who was doing what??

Just fight it... there's no proof like Will stated. And next time, just run from security like Ant did (well, not in a WOT haste) because they don't have jurisdiction to tell you to kill your engines unless they're driving a vehicle with a red light and I know those golf carts don't have a red light on them. Security looks so gay driving those things.
I also don't think anyone's gonna get tickets because not even the goddamn guard told you guys what the tickets are for. If it's for "spinning tires" I'd like to see some tire tracks on the pavement. If it's for speeding, where's his proof? Because he doesn't have the jurisdiction to pull over a vehicle he can't make a claim about one breaking the law. He WOULD have had some advantage if he actually called the cops but since he tried to take more power in his hands that he could hold, he can't really do ****.

Rep Power: 306 Geez, you guys need to relax. You are being way too paranoid. A police officer can give you a ticket. A security guard cannot do jack except kick you off the property or call the police to give you a ticket. In my state, a normal person cannot even do a citizen's arrest for anything except a felony.
I work security for a lot of clubs out here and I can tell you that all a security guard can do is enforce the rules of that place or kick you out. If you don't want to leave, we can kick you out, we can call the police and have them arrest you/give a ticket. We can not use force unless that person attacks first. But of course, who tells the truth, the saintly security guard or the wasted drunk, lol.
Did they take your license? Probably not. They don't have the authority to check it unless you are being served alcohol in most states. Trust me, I have had my fair share of being a wild child and I would blow this off and learn my lesson. Don't do stupid crap and nothing will ever happen.

Rep Power: 0 My mom said he swung by earlier today when i was out doin my springs and that 1) they cant do that, yadda yadda yadda, and 2) no report was filed, and 3) put together all the info he got to determine that we're NOT getting tickets. He said it's all good, and if they do give us tickets, its rent a cops abusing their authority vs us, they have no case.
