Question Could move to Orange County.

Right now I'm located in Portland, OR and I got a job interview for a Flight instructor position based out of John Wayne airport in Orange country. So if this goes through. I'll be living down in that area. Anyone know if the cost of living is high in that area? I'll probably end up in a 1 bed room apartment or something.

Fullerton 1bedroom rent $800-1000

Irvine 1bedroom rent $1200+

I think the entire OC county 1bedroom rent ranges from $800 - 1200

Cost of living here is outragiously high. It is rediculous.

i'm paying 925 for a real nice apartment in fullerton, 1 bedroom. When I was pricing them they went about 750-800 for a ghetto apartment. Orange county is high priced.
