the cop obviously saw you in the handicap spot... that's enough to convict and unless you have an eye witness other than your mom, the judge won't throw out the ticket...
were you in the car still, was the car still on, because if it was he cant give you a ticket be you wernt parked.

well i am either gonna try to fight it.. or at the least ask the judge to reduce the fine a little.... either for me to fight it.. i am going to argue that at the facility that i got the ticket at was at the train station.. and this facility doesn't have any loading and unloading zone.. and to top that off.. my mom has problem walking... and i wasn't about to let her walk couple of rows down in the parking lot... which all the parking spaces were all filled up and the only parking space available was at the back of the facility... gonna argue that its not fair for people getting picked up or getting dropped off who has medical disability to walk all the way to the back of the parking lot because the facility couldn't and did not create a loading and unloading zone... and also gonna argue that all the commuting facility such as airport bus station and other commuting stations all have loading and unloading for all passengers.. but this is the only facility that doesn't have an unloading and loading zone... gonna try to fight with how poorly the facility was designed...

and nightkids.. yeah.... i was still in the car.. and the car was running... i just pulled in the space cause my mom was standing at the front of the space.. just honked at her to get in.. and she got in.. and was about to pull out.. when the bitch *** cop came over... no less then 2 seconds... hey night kids... i've gotta talk to you man... seems like you know something about this.. give me your aim sn or your e-mail or cell or something....
