Installing Glow Kit

I am a new member of this site but have been following the post. I recently bought a street glow kit and was wondering how do I install if? Are you suppose to drill? And if I plan to get a body kits will I have to take the tubing off to put it on and then put the tubes back on again? If you have any experience with this or questions reguarding my problem write to me.

it didnt come with instructions? it should have... a couple people here installed them on their car, they should know.. you dont HAVE to drill holes but i think its best to. whether you want to take it off and put it back on when you get a kit is up to how the kit is, where you attached the lights and your preference..

How do you NOT have to drill to mount the side tubes? I'm in the same dilema as you, AvrilLavigne45. Mex has a nice setup but it requires cuting, which I don't want to do.
And yeah...my neons came with instructions but they are so general that it doesn't really help.
