Neuspeed strut bar...
Why? You have an 01 LX.
I believe you need to drill holes and get the endlinks. In short, it's more work but worth more than the strut bar. HUGE difference since you don't even have a stock sway bar.
Endlink pics.... steps 3 & 4 / holes step 5 (check if you have them)
FYI the following models do not need any special stuff:
01+ EX
02+ LX
Why? They already come with stock 12-13mm rear sway bars....so the rsx is obviously a bolt-on.
Here's my old review

some people have complained about the endlink breaking off with a 22mm sway bar. but then he was auto-crossing... i personally would just go with the rsx 19mm sway bar(its only like $50 used).
if its between strutbar and progress sway bar, i would go with neuspeed strut bar seeing how its cheaper and does less possible damage.

I would definatley say go with the sway bar. The only thing is for your car, you will have to buy a kit that makes it fit onto the 01 lx. i think it costs another 100+ dollars for that. but in the end the sway bar is by far one of the best suspension mods

oh.. you have an 01 lx.. progress has endlinks with mounts for $180 or so.. but ya get that with the progress sway bar and comes out to what $400 or so.. rather get the strut bar in that case..
anyone know how much the mounts are from like honda or acura?

Werd total price should be about 450. What I would recomend is neuspeed upper strut brace, and just go with dc rear tie bar it will help a lil with ur body roll, not as much as a sway bar would, but it would help a lil if u don't want to spend 4 somthing or get a rsx sway bar and drill holes and so on and so on. Thank god I got the 2k2 lx so I don't have that problem.... Oh and if u do want to go big just get a jdm dc5 type-r sway bar. I just ordered mine tee-hee

dc5 type-r sway bar is 22mm as well.. which brings back the problem with endlinks and mounts for his 01 lx.
NytRyder is right. Lower tie bars just support the frame.... you can't feel them.
uhmm well, with the way u drive, i would suggest the strut bar first. It'll tighten your front end since u're always making those fast moves on the fwy. The sway bar would be a good addition afterwards. it's a great susp. mod, and it'll keep ur *** sticking to the ground.
