Good Muffler Shops in SAN DIEGO??? Please?
I went to one place today on El Cajon Blvd. The guy quoted me $135 for the 2.25"piping, $50 to install a muffler, and $115 or so for a muffler if I bought it from him. I asked him about mandrel bending and he was like "you gotta buy and order that," meaning he can't do it I guess... anyhow, that price is kinda high for me. I heard some guys say that they got their piping done for like $100. I'm willing to drive up to LA if there is a good shop there...
Any help guys? Thanx...

Ive done alot of work with Ed hansons most of my installs i go through him on mufflers. The best way is to call him and ask him whats it going to cost. Usually i get a custom piping done to my cars so if i was u just call. We already giving you places to go so just call them. U say you would drive to LA for 100 because it cost 115 down here. I dunno its more gas and time to go up to LA just for a muffler install.

Alright, thanx guys. I'll try Ed Hanson's.... $115 for mandrel bent sounds good... Still debating whether to buy a $100 muffler or buy it from them... Powertech dual tip for $100

I bought my magnaflow from a place called Pacific Audio & SOund in Chulajana. It was 199 installed, but they suck (hence an audio shop doing muffler work). THe s**t hangs too low & the muffler is at a down angle.. Anyway, thought I would share just in case someone hears or thinks of going to them.
