hey man, i don't go to UCSD, but i live nearby (up near del mar)... i have the exact same ride, color, trim, and everything...ummm, except stock. haha. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
anyway, i like the few mods that you've done, and i was wondering if you get your parts from a shop here in SD or order them online. i have yet to find a place around here for parts--with good prices, too; geez, i'm still in high school. by the way, did any of your mods void certain parts of the warranty? (if you even checked). well, welcome to 7thgen. peace...
(btw, do you know of any meet or anything going on here soon? i know about the del mar fairgrounds hot import nights show, but i won't be going to that one... ok, take care...)

sup hassoomi, do you go to torry pines by any chance? so far all the stuff i got was online. bought my stuff from greg at hondawerx.com and rob at tornactive.com. i've found the DIYs to be really helpful too. the only warranty voided is probably just on my suspension. you might want to try local shops like group5 or pann auto for installing stuff. i'm new to the forum so i have no idea about meets and stuff.. sorry.

whussup, just wanted to welcome you guys to the board... not too many from the SD area here yet so its nice to see you guys are... theres a meet coming up this sat jan 4th in el toro(just south of irvine). i know its what an hour or so drive from UCSD but there are others driving an hour as well. i know 'spanky' is coming from oceanside. this time we have invited other car groups such as clubrsx, 3rd gen preludes and a whole lot of other clubs. nonetheless its still a great chance to meet other 7thgencivic owners. but ya just check the link at the top in the socal section for the particular thread. but ya welcome and zzzzzzzzzzzzv, add your name to the socal member list... i know hassoomi already has...

it's a pretty good school; still getting used to the size, though. hahaha.
it's all good about the warranty, though; i went to the shop today to fix a door-handle, and i asked about cleared headlights, springs, intake, etc... nothing voids it unless they can prove it caused a problem. thanks for the help, though. and i forgot to ask you last time...where did you get your tint? well, let me know only if they did a good job and you're happy with it.
well lilMAN, prob won't make it to this meet; school starts on monday and i have bunch of work to do. next time, next time.....

Thanks for the info VNlilMAN, I'll make sure to check that out. Hassoomi, I got my tint at a place called Alvin O's. I paid alot for my tint ($289). I know could get tint for half that price, but I'm willing to pay for quality. They actually took off the door panels to tint the entire window and took out the back as well. They used 100% metal solargard charcoal tint and the back was done in one piece. And there's lifetime warranty against fading, bubbling, peeling, etc.. Lots of tint shops on Miramar and you'll probably find a few in Clairemont.

Hey I know StreetTurbo goes to UCSD. He has a silver 2k1 civic with Rims. His side widnows have AEM Stickers on them. He works at some BBQ place that delivers.

Hey, sup guys. This is StreetTurbo....had to change my name..sux. Anyway, welcome to UCSD dude! About time we have some members on here that go there. If you havn't noticed already..there aren't that many hot chicks that go there...big dissapointment. Your damn right about the civic thing. There are a freken lot of them..too many really. I park my car at "Camp Snoopy". My best friend has a dorm room there so that's usually where i park..Haha. Hey....Qualcomm is starting the races back up on the 14th of Feb for all those that are interested. Please plan on going if you can.

Sup Steve. I was writting a letter to my Girlfriend about some things and i was getting all sad and sh*t. I love her too much. Haha..i guess i am kinda whipped. And the fact that her car can pretty much run mine over(she has a majorly lifted 2000 Tacoma V-6 Pre-runner). good to find a ucsder on this forum. me and my friend have the 2 SSM fixed up civics in the regents lot. so just give me a holler if you happen to see me around campus. yea.. the girls at ucsd are pretty bad, but i duno man.. it seems like there are alot of decent asian girls around campus now. peace.

Hahaha. Yea, your probably right. I am not really into asian girls that much...probably cause i am as white as can be. haha.
