Buying bulbs...
1. Where can I buy good/bright bulbs in the Orange County area? (ex. PIAA, Xenon, etc.?)
2. What kind of bulbs appear blue in the day but white at night? Is there such a thing?
3. I know some people have high voltage bulbs in stock harnesses...from what you know, how strong can a bulb be without damaging the stock headlights?
4. What's the average price range for some HID bulbs?
Note: I've done some searching but nothing really answered my questions. Thx

2. Any bulb that has blue "tint". Most hyperwhite bulbs have the blue tint so they give a blue reflection during the day.

3. I think stock is 55-60watts. I wouldn't get anything over 70watts...eventhough it is preferred that you stay in the stock bulb watts range. (MTEC and PIAA are usually same as stock, cheap brands on the other hand are 80+ watts)
4. HID bulbs? Pretty freaken expensive. We don't have an HID lighting system in our cars... you mean "HID look" bulb.
Cheap bulbs go from $10-25. New PIAA's are always $50+ and MTEC are also $50+ (unless you go on ebay, it's $25 or below).
MTEC:
PIAA:
Junk:

I say buy some MTEC's or PIAA. They last 1+ years and the cheap brands only last a few months. Remember NOT to touch the bulb with your fingers because the oil will cause the bulb to burst. Before installing the bulb, clean it with windex and paper. And if you don't know how to change them, read the manual.
Happy New Year (woooohooooooo, my first post of the year!)

Do the PIAA's and MTEC bulbs fit right into the existing headlights or do you have to get some kind of adapter???

damn homie what the f**k... your a real newbie huh... i'm just f**kin with you...
-ya basically any tuner shop should sell the bulbs
-see my pics(link is in my sig).. you'll see the blue reflection. its just regular hyperwhites
-ya i have 100/90 or something like that. had no problems what so ever but its recommended you stay fairly close to the stock wattage.
-theres a different between HID and regular bulbs... HID is what you see in cars like beamers and benz's they kinda change colors when looked at from a different angle. to get this on your car it costs like $500. regular bulbs range from like $10-$100. any of them will fit our car as long as its the correct size, H4. i dunno i personally think its a waste of money to spend more then $50 on a set of headlights. i mean how different can a bulb get.. i got import showoff krypton hyperwhites for $25. even those are alot. you could find xenon(i think they're called eurolite) bulbs at target for like $15 i heard those work pretty good.
