foreals... they probably werent really racing. and weight makes a big difference to, ever tried flooring it with 4 people in the car, you aint going no where. i'm sure in a real race where its just the driver, someones flaggin the start, etc... we would all lose to most cars, even hyundais.

i guess it depends on how much shot your using. and its like any other engine mod such as turbo. or even a stock engine. redlining 24/7 isnt good for the car and i would guess spraying isnt either. more power means putting more stress on your engine. its normal, so if your worried about your engine blowing up, you shouldnt fix it up. i dont think a 50 shot is that badd tho, i've heard its safe to use that much on a weekly basis. this one guy in a rsx was running a 75 shot and he said he was spraying everyday.

for me, i guess its mostly my experience in racing... i used to race back in da days, every weekend for 4 years.... and yea i was racing with my 7thgen and i knew that they were trying.... but yea i dont race anymore... those days are over
