Saturday night/Sunday morning around 1:30 am I was on my way home from a wedding in the Glendora/Azusa area. Some jerk teenager rear ended me and took off in his 98-00 civic sedan (im pretty sure blue). Well I caught up to him but I was only able to get a partial plate number. I got 4wt891. so I am missing one letter. If you guys happen to see a vehicle with a possible match or hear of this, please let me know asap. there will be a reward and i need this information to better help the authorities in prosecuting this maniac. Please help if you can!

you can contact the cops and they will run the plate and get all the info....then the guy will get a ticket for a hit n run....but the first thing to do is to go to the cops...

I did go to the police, The gave me the run-around telling me that there is not much they can do since my damage was not substantial (just the rear bumper) and that I do not have a complete plate number. I tried calling 911 while I was in pursuit but i was placed on hold for 15 minutes. What the heck is that all about. I could have been bleeding to death.

cops, always there to harrass you, never there to help you....
dont they require you to file a police report for anything over $500 in damage? cause i think the rear bumper alone is $500... make sure everything behind the bumper is fine tho, cause my friend rear ended me and i thought everything was fine when i was washing my car and i saw a gap between the car and bumper.. i'm sure something behind the bumper got bent but i'm too lazy to take them bumper off...

Yeah everything seems fine, The bottome left corner got bent in, but I poped that right out. Just the bumper is all scratched up. I plan on getting my body kit in the next month, so I am not too angry, but I really hope to see this guy again [IMG]i/expressions/demon.gif[/IMG]
