does your dc5 catback remove the stock cat? if so, does it pass smog?

stock cats, it's a cat BACK hahaha, so mid pipe and axel back. the mid section is off an Apexi WSII exhaust witha resonator (two piece total) and the axel is ... the dc5r with a valve that opens up at high revs.
