You can record them without their knowledge since cops on duty are considered public officials with no expectation of privacy.

Dude, seriously, when I got hit by the Mercedes ML320, the white lady was speaking to me like I was some Asian guy who didn't know how to speak any English. She was literally repeating her words very slowly when I had politely asked her to repeat what she had said (mind you, she was out of control, her being in the mid-30s to early to mid 40s or so was very childish)... how pathetic. I kept telling her to keep her voice down and that I wasn't raising my voice, moreover, she didn't have to scream out her lungs in front of me.

Seriously.. I felt that she assumed that I only knew "broken English" or something. I hope I win the case and for her premium to shoot way the **** up hahahaha

No. I didn't take her to court. I'm trying to settle this out with my insurance company. If nothing goes, I'm assuming the next step is a small claims court.. but for $655 worth of damage, I'm not sure...

I reported this to my insurance company due to the lady's awful and childish acts that put my life at the moment a living hell. She lied and made fun of me. So, hopefully, she'll get the karma through her premium.


So far, I was offered HALF of the amount from the lady's insurance company, but I decided to fight that and get it paid in FULL. I'm not giving this up.

it just seemed this cop didn't like asian people in general, with the way he was talking to me, and his mannerisms.....
