Re: whats my car worth?
Ricer - "Its pimp...its worth more than what KBB tells you."
Non-ricer car lover - "Part it out, put it back to stock, and sell it someone who hopefully won't discover the DIY nightmares (if any) you covered up."
It all depends on who you sell the car to.
I say the value of the car starts at KBB private party value assuming its stock.
Mark it down if you sell it to someone who knows about cars because most people know that modifications to a car lowers its value.
Set a higher asking price if you believe the buyer will ask you to throw in a free bottle of blinker fluid.
Like flipmoderacer02 said part it out if you want to advertise to a broader market.

Re: whats my car worth?
DIY Nightmares usually involve:
1. Zip ties from lost screws
2. JB weld because you cracked something
3. Ending up with extras screws when you are done and not sure where they go so you say F it.
4. Screwing up anything on the car then trying your best to patch it up the wrong way.
I fear buying a car that was modified or is stock but was modified because there are some things CarFax (and the owner) will not tell you.
