So I was just sent tires from dunlap for a show but they ordered the tires for my old rim size and I want my new rims on for the show but I really cant afford to buy new tires, does anyone know a place where could trade the tires I have in for a different set even with a fee? The ones I have haven't been used or mounted and are size 215/40/17

just try selling them here, i have never seen a place that will trade tires for other tires
