My bad man, totally got sidetracked with getting the car ready and what not. I ended up running Brandon's Evo instead of his CTR, GOD DAMN that thing is fast.....practically melted my tires. That guy with the Sti wasn't didn't go up, we were there early and stayed alllllll night.

Yeah, the only other car that showed up that was fast, was the old timer Nick. He has a hachi with R-compounds that only runs downhill. He is crazy fast, 4th gear and close 90mph. There was a ricey eg and a JDM front-end DC2, and the DC2 ended up crashing into a hole in the mountain. We made him feel better by telling him it will buff out.....

man i almost killed my HID's up there...the freakin igniter somehow gut stuck under the motor mount and btween the engine block and the power steering belt....the insulation on the wire was all rubbed off and the power wire got a lil bit rubbed off so it created a short to ground...i separated the wires than luckily josh u had the tape on ur headlights (what a life saver i owe u buddy)...but they still work so im glad

WOW sounds like I missed out on some fun last thursday sorry I couldnt go I had to save up some money for gas and other expenses. Anyways I got my suspension, rims, and foglights on so I will be there this thursday for sure!! we meeting up at the same spot right? I would almost be down to go out there once a week but its just soo damn far from my house thats its not even funny!

i dunno if i can make it this week...currently im on a stock suspension cuz americas tire freakin cross threaded a front lug bolt and when i went to take it off the lug broke...and if i had it lowered than they could pull some bs saying lowered suspension is what caused it...so i reverted to stock and im gonna have them replace it or pay for the replacement along with my tires because their bad install caused pre mature wear...so for a while im gonna be stock...my black housing headlights are off the car too cuz i needa reseal one of them cuz water leaked in when i was washing my car...if i can make it up there ill come but otherwise no promisses

also just to tell u the car is driveable with 3 lugs but i cant canyon or do any hard driving...im on a stock suspension right now so that wont be a problem...but i'm most likley gonna take my car to a shop and have them replace the lug than send the bill to americas tire for reinburstment because of their *** up

not sure if it had the wing but im pretty sure the rsx had a lip kit and HID's..also dropped and had dark colored rims .. hard to see in the dark

Yeah I was at GMR and the road was extremely slippery from the rain's the night before, mixed with low temp's created bad conditions. I cruise to the top of the mtn. and park. A WRX had already crashed that night so we were helping them out. On the way home, I was cruising at about 40mph on one the top straights, when I was about to enter a left hand sweeper my brakes caused a slight lockup. I released the brakes to hopefully gain traction and throttle out(LSD) but this only induced more understeer now causing my steering wheel to be completely left with the car going straight. Smoke comes out of the tires, I go off into the dirt, I hit the wall and the car is smashed.....end of story. What a way to go out on the canyon having raced that road for almost 3yrs......
