open diff will do that to ya. same goes for my truck you get the peg leg burn out. with the stockies on though you can get them going for days. but yeah i would like to get a LSD if they will ever be produced for the d17

i thought they did have it for the D17 but maybe im thinking for the K20 in an EM2 not sure.

I heard you can put a D16 LSD into the D17 trannies.

Josh/drivetofast can also modify a K20 LSD to fit into the D17 tranny.

I dunno ... you'd have to talk to him about it. This is a BALLPARK GUESS, but I would probably say $1000 or so for a DC5-R LSD install including labor/modification ... probably $1500 or so for a Quaife.

If a D16 LSD works in the D17 trannies, that would probably be a better idea ... they're probably cheaper. I don't know if it's confirmed, but that's what I heard

no i am tearing off my bumper today to adjust the latch. i went home last night ans started messing with it and ended up leaving the ignition in the on position all night soi woke up with a dead battery too. so i am off early today to go get a new filter and tear the bumper off to adjust the latch and maybe try to fix my headlights if time permitts. now i need to order the hood trim too!! i might just install the cf lip too but i dont know if i want to put it on with my wife driving. she doesnt pay enough attention when she driving, i am afraid she is either going to rip it off or break it by the time i get her a new car. its only a couple of months away so i think ill keep it off until i drive it permanently
