I know there are a couple of baseball fans here in SoCal, so I was just wondering if anybody had thought about going to the World Baseball Classic in March. There are first round games in AZ, FL, Japan & Puerto Rico, second round games at the Big A in Anaheim, and the Semi-finals and Finals are in Diego.

I was thinking about making a trip out to AZ to see the US play Mexico, but I doubt that will happen. I did however spend some $ on getting tickets for the both Semi's & the Championship game at the litter box (Petco Park) in Diego.

Anyways, just seeing if anybody else had gotten tickets or even heard about this yet. First one ever, and its going to be like the World Cup and happen every4 years.

I didn't get any tix for this event, but when they play at the big A I might look for some, A-Rod won't be playing World Baseball Classic doesnt know whot to represet US or DR.

I bought tickets for Round 2 at Angel stadium and Im thinking of getting tickets for the finals in San Diego. Its gonna be great some of the worlds best known and unknown talents will be showing up for these games!

Im not sure what the seats are like if you buy them from MLB.com or associated vendors, but if you are looking for some psychotically awesome seats, hit up Stub Hub. They say its fans selling to fans, but its more like scalpers that found another online outlet.

They without doubt have the best quality of seats out there. You'll pay obviously, but than again, you could always say that you had awesome seats to the first ever World Baseball Classic.
