Which cell phone should I get?
a PalmOne Treo 650 or a LG VX9800? anybody here rock either one? how is it? I'm still trying to decide on which one to get.
ummms what carrier you going for...you can check out howardforums.com about some reviews on each. But if i had to choose, i'd go with the treo. Just to let u know though, they are coming out the the Treo 700w, a windows based treo instead of a palm based one. depending on what you're going to use the phone for / pda for would help a lot. I'm not familiar with the LG, but as for quality and reliability and performance mixed into one, the Treo is the best way to go, can't go wrong.
I have the treo, best phone i've ever had. Web, email, aim, google maps, yes google maps. Bluetooth, sd card slot, real player, so essentially you have a pda, phone, and ipod all together. My friend had it before I got it so I go to use it a bit. It's a nice phone, you won't be disappointed.

Friends have the LGVX9800 but its not as good as it looks. Just your basic phone...cam, card slot, vid, qwerty keyboard etc etc. But it depends on your preference. I have gone through almost everysingle phone that came out and so far I love my Treo 650. If you're interested in the 650 I could get it for $500 or less opened line. Retail price is $550+ not including tax which totals to $580+ with tax. <~ Cingulars store(s) price. =)

cell phone guru has arrived =)
well since your saying the LGVX9800 your going to be on verizon or sprint, one of those cdma companies. out of the two i would get the treo 650. great phone. right now im using the qtek 9100. slide out keyboard, built in wifi, 1.3 megapixel camera, windows OS 5.0, EDGE support. greatest phone i've ever had. its a pocket pc phone so the size isnt what everyone is looking for, but its a great phone. kinda pricey though, 700-750. cant get it with contract

9100 is a lil smaller than the 650 actually, plus WAY cooler.
HTC wizard, I-mate K-Jam, Qtek 9100 are all the same phone. orignally made by HTC.
