^^ lol, fair enough, as of monday, im going to run, full header and 2.5 piping, and stock muffler... i can tell the cop, i have a stock muffler... **** off... they can't get me for lowered, because im not that low... i don' thave tint, and i don't have a huge ricy wing...

this is legal so if you have an exhaust tehy can pull you over and inspect your car? what about search inside?

no they cant search anything without probable cause. so they need a good reason like a pipe on the seat a dog hit on your car or you have a warrant or are on probation/parole.

I have AEM V2 HP header with Test pipe and Skunk2 exhaust and never have gotten pulled over, but around here everyone has loud cars counting americans. That sucks that they are so **** about exhaust.

**** i hope i wont get ticketeted and checked they willbust my *** for turbo, call that referee number schedule appointment, now they require a 50$ fee for modified exhaust, you will pass with greddy evo exhaust, I had dc header, v2 intake, and greddy exhaust when i went in for the testing and I passed..

damn that sux...thats why i havent gotten an exhaust...stupid LAPD and San bernardino sheriffs dept. are strict *******s...my homie has a 94 accord coupe with a H22A turbo swap done and he has 2 resonators on his exhaust and its almost as quite as a stock car...also turbo cars usually arent as loud as a n/a car with exhaust

I got my court date bumped to January 3rd, and before then, I'm gonna sue for the repeal of the ticket, for various reasons.

First off, the guy pulled me over, not with probable cause, but I'm gonna try to show that he had predetermined judgement in his head. I forgot what that was called... anyone else remember that?

Secondly, he searched my car without my consent and with failure to provide a warrant.

Thridly, he had no idea about anything in cars, and demonstrated his ignorance on many accounts, which I have documented, and of which I have witnesses.

Oh yeah, and the exhaust, for which he pulled me over originally, isn't a smog device for OBD II cars.

So yeah, hoepfully the ticket will be repealed. Think I stand a chance?

The bail, btw, was $336 for tampering with smog devices.
