thas a big neg. No one finances private buyer sales. What you'll have to do is take out a private or alternative loan. I'm pretty sure they'll give you a auto loan but in their system it'll be some type of private loan. The reason they do this is beacuse they don't have any collateral if you default. I suggest a private loan from Sallie mae or from Union Bank of california. I work at a bank, not to say which one, but those banks are good to go. Before you decide to take the loan, CHECK your credit score out at experian or something. Telling you now, anything above a 750 is good credit and a better chance for a loan

i think the place i ran into was loan mart(?) in sherman oaks. its on like van nuys and moorpark?
they do nothing but the type of loan your looking for. but yeah best bet is probably to get a private loan. if you cant get one, you can get it from the place i mentioned. they'll most likely finance anyone.

the question isnt whether you'll get approved or not, its a matter of how much you'll have to pay. loan mart does high risk customers so they'll probably approve you but they'll charge 20%+

i work for a used car finance company(we work with dealers and not customers direct). we'll approve people with the worst credit(people who work part time at burger king) but we charge like 22% on average.
