just wondering, i just got back from California Tint in Rosemead. im finally getting my car tinted! anyways, i saw another 7thgen there with the 7thgen.com sticker, and i was wondering what kinda tint you got? like what percent? if you see this before 4:30, please respond! if not, then i guess this thread will be useless

that was alan. he was getting his alarm installed. anyways. this may be too late to tell you, but he got his tint somewhere else though. i think it's 5% all around

ya, i was talking to him when i went there again! he said he got 20 all around.
i got 5 (and 35 in the front sides)...and now i realize that its way too dark for me.lol

hahah actually, i went out to dinner with some friends last night. the parking lot was barely lighted, but i could still see pretty clearly out the back the only time i couldnt really see that well was when i was on the freeway (i was constantly checking behind me for cops )

A thread in So Cal is never useless. And dont feel bad about barely getting tint, I got mine in 2002 and still dont have tint, nor the inclination to get it done. Its another reason for the 5-0 to pull you over.

I had my car since 01 and didn't think about tint till 05

i got tint in 04(i think).....i like it. havent been pulled over yet

i would never get tint at one of those tint/alarm places. my buddy got a tint job (i warned him) and the workmanship along with the tint was $hitty.

but its California Tint!!!

ya, so far the workmanship seems pretty good

they wouldnt have so many customers if they didnt do a good job to begin with.
