Ontario Street Run Scene...? Does anybody ever go? I see quite alot of 7thgen there, alot race, alot just watch. I might go down tonight and watch (im yet to race), it's pretty cool to the cops come, but as long as you don't do anything stupid, ull be fine.

i've gone, but i'm currently in iraq..... just look for an orange 2001 civic, cf hood, lotz of blue glow and hiss of a bov, that'll be me! cops are dicks though, i went out there just to go to hooters on sat. night and got a fix it ticket for my exahust!!!! i live like 5 min south of there, and it was the closest hooters, they swear like i was there to race!
...i MISS THE STREET RACES....that **** was fun back then.......not worth going any more with the new law.......they sell your ****in car....FU@K 50...LOL Thread Starter

Anyways, I went and ran (finally) tonight. I had a 3 way match w/ a 240sx and a cobra, i beat the 240sx, but lost to he cobra. Beat an eclipse GT, bmw3, 6thgen civic, and a neon (non srt4). ^^ I don't think to many regulars on here are into street racing, because we are realistic and know that we do indeed drive 7thgenCivics...one of the slowest cars on the streets that looks nice and gets good gas milage

Rep Power: 0 i used to go a lot but it got old for me... you'd be out till the crack of dawn watching cars go in straight lines, then after a while, a sudden onset of paranoia sets in and someone yells "COP" and everyone runs to their car and bones out w/o any regard to the traffic laws or courtesy (car accidents all over the place).
waste of gas, waste of time, waste of sleep, not worth the risk of even watching IMO.

street races, been there done that...
smart people do it legally (lacr, cali speedway, irwindale)

But I still plan on crusing the scene out there, stop by hooters...... you know, hell I'm still young have yet to grow outta the scene, maybe in a few years! But yeah I agree track is a much better place! Which track does everyone go to?

Rep Power: 0 I've been several times, but losing sleep, near accidents, cops everywhere, makes me stay home these days. It's mostly slow cars so if I pick my fights, I usually win. Will probably go again sometime still though.
yea i used to go till my *** got car jacked,**** that ****,peeps just sit there and watch everyones ****,they got me on the corner or jurupa and rockafeller its all dark on that street,they did it all slick too.
i had a 96 ex with i/h/e,lip kit,nice sound system,some 19s it was just real clean and it was my first car,i loved that damn thing,anyways i was at the light getting ready to turn and this other white civic bumbed me so me and my buddy got out to look at the damage and 3 guys get out with 9's and ask me what i got in my **** ,i was like wtf,**** you and then he put the gun to my face and said back the **** up so i did and they jumped in and took off
yea i really have it out for ontario right now after that i got insurance money and bought a 96 integra i went the edwards theaters and ontario mills,and came out and my teg was jacked
yea when i lived in sol cal, dam i miss sol cal but anyways i lived in chino and that was not far from the street races i went only on wednesdays and mabe on fri/sat. it was cool and all but some of time thay had like the streets blocked off that we would run on and stuff like that and there were crashes like crazy but every time i go down there i never go becaues there is all ways something better to do like partay and ish like that
