y0 guys. I have been away from the game for 2 and a half years now and itching to get back into it. I just found out that one of my drivers is a pro back in mexico, but here is just into coaching. His last protege now plays for the spanish club "America" (ironinc isnt it?!?!?) So anyways, he says that he can put me on a team, but iono if Im ready for all that yet. I still need to get back into shape, but wanted to see if anybody here plays, who they play for or if they just have pickup games.

used to play for highschool, 2 years jr var and 2 years varsity... what got me into shape real quick was 2 miles for warmup under 15 mins then some skill development and some more sprinting .. moderation is the key i guess ... there are many ways ofcourse . just my 2 cents..
