Most e-commerce companies estimate the arrival of your package at your door between 5-10 business days. If they promised faster than that then thats another story.

Nobody is actually paying attention to the facts. He promised it would go out on a certain day and did not go out until a week later. He also promised a credit that I did not get for a month, and I also had to keep calling him out on it. He also called me up on my cell phone to YELL at me for putting feedback up online. I do have a right to express my feedback for a transaction, whether or not he is a vendor with some mods on that forum who are buddy-buddy with him. Is it not biased to have people, such as a moderator for that forum, stand up for him, when I have correctly stated the facts??
I'm going to leave this as is.
It's crazy these days that a customer gets called up on the phone for leaving feedback that I am entitled to leaving and yelled at. Yes, he did yell at me, and no, I did not raise my voice (besides, I was at work and couldn't..LOL).

**** life sucks. u got your package atleast. i had to wait 4 weeks for my springs to come in. the shop that i bought from opens at 10am. ups came in at 8am so they shipped my springs back to nuespeed and the company told them what happened and sent it back. 2 weeks later i get it....so stop complaining. i got 130 bucks stolen from this guy in socal for aem v2 intake. i am waiting on this one guy to cash in my check and send my intake to me. kazell is making my product. and i am waiting on my decals from one of my sponsors and the other sponsor hasnt cashed my check and this was from october. so stop your bitching and realize i would kill to get my **** in 2WEEKS

Yeah I think everyone is missing the point here. Two weeks to get a package isnt that long but the whole point is, she didnt get it when she was said she was going to. Like I said in the other thread, its pretty sad that we have to expect things to go wrong.

Ever since I got into fixing up cars, I have never found a more shady business than this. To say she should stop complaining because there are worse companies out there is pretty f*ckin sad. Anywhere else this would be unacceptable. My friend ordered flowers for his gf on valentines day but it wasnt even delivered till the next day. Its was "ONLY" a day late but a day late is a day late and sometimes it makes a big f*ckin difference. If a company says they'll send it out by a certain date, we should EXPECT it to be sent out by then. Even if its a day late, to me its just badd customer service(yes things happen so they should atleast call you and let you know there are going to be some delays and give you the option of getting your money back so that you can order elsewhere).
