cash creek is a casino. used to be 18 and over. .. those were the days, used to roll up at like 3am to play. but then they decided to serve alcohol n made it 21 n over. sux.

theres another casino called Jackson's Casino. i think its the only 18 n over casino left. havent been there. ive heard its pretty small n crappy. but its worth a shot if ur lookn to test ur skills.

Morongo Casino is about the only 18+ casino you'll find without going down to San Diego.

San Diego has a couple of 18+ casinos, the most well known being the newly redone Barona Valley Casino.

Legal age to place a bet in CA is 18.
Its just that most casinos set it at 21, whether it be due to alcohol service or just because they don't want any complaints from the neighborhood they're at.
