Well i come into work today, hoping its gonna go by fast and all being Friday! my boss tells me he wants to talk to me, so im like ok, whats up?

he tells me hes gonna start giving me 5% of all of our companies profits with each estimator here. we have about 10 estimators working for us, as independant contractors. So anyways, most of them gross about $100,000 per year EACH. my boss tells me form here on out, i get 5% of each one of their gross incomes. which means, for me, for example, one of our estimators makes 100k next year, i get an additional $5000 that year, just from him! so you multiply that times 10, more or less, they all gross between 60k to 150k... ill be making BANK on top of the $46K/year that he already pays me!
