I've had my transmission replaced by them through HondaCare warranty.
Overall the service was pretty good.
Got a loaner car for the 2-3 weeks it took them.
The A/T was on backorder so it took a long time.
I went overboard on the number of days / amount allowed by HondaCare for loaner car coverage but they didn't even care.

Talk to Ed, he's one of the service advisors and the guy that took care of my car.

BUT, my friend had a horrible experience with Ed and the service center.
They accidentally put a paint chip on the bumper.
They fixed it for free but still a pita.

I took out my intake before I went in because it was a generic eBay one.

My friend brought in the car with a AEM short ram intake and Greddy Evo2 exhaust.
Both are CARB approved. He didn't get any hassle about them.
