i heard that the 05 type s only has 10 more horse not from a different engine but cuz they messed with the ECU and squeezed out the extra power.

I have actually heard that they changed the intake manifold, and beefed up the exhaust, but it also weighs more, thus making the extra 10 HP almost useless.

05 type s has the itr final drive, so it more than makes up for the weight, also add 10 hp

Yeah the tranny is definitely better, but the styling looks even more like a civic so . . . . iono. Plus, the only good thing about the rsx is the engine/tranny

ive seen em on the streets already. the new engine for u to get to know is the k20z1.i havent had a chance to peep internals yet but as already mentioned the tranny final drive is different and the casing as well.so does this mean a different tranny mount?
