So I get a call today on my phone, and I see that it is a UCLA number that I do not recognize. So I answer it, and it is my Mom. I rarely speak to my Mom, and we have never rarely been on good terms, so I was surprised to hear from her. Anywayz, she tells me that she now works at UCLA!!!!!!!!!!!

So she is a social worker at the medical school, but she is all the way on the other side of campus from me. I had lunch with her today...but it is all so weird!!!

Well I think its good. Times change you know. I remember when i just absolutely despised my parents. Maybe she's ready to forget about the past and move on with the future. Just give it a try. But yeah its good to hear that..
Yesterday I met up with my homegirl who was on badd terms with her parents too. But yeah we ended up going to dinner with her fam and i guess things are all better now. Its really nice to see that they're finally talking again. Hopefully things will turn out for the better for you two too
