First 2004 Civic With A R34 Kit

this sucks
my b/f has had his celica for like 5 yrs now well since i got my civic he has been kinda jealous of how his car looked....( the car had a couple of dents and was compleatly stock....) so he got a body kit for it and wanted to get it repainted, well my b/f's dad insisted that he go do everything through his friends shop that would only charge at a discounted price of 1,700 rather than 2,200. so my b/f thought it was a good buy for everything that he wanted done so he went along with it..... he took in his car on his vacation from work and asked how long it would take to put the body kit on, pull all dents, de-wing, and repaint the car, they told him 1 week. well 3 days went by and his dad told him to go check out the car and that they had the body kit on when we went to see it the body kit was not on but placed where it was to be mounted. we got kind of worried considering they had only 4 days left to work on the car. wel the rest of the week went buy and we went to pick up the car, they still had not fully put the kit on or painted the car so they told us on tuesday ..... then thursday..... then sunday...... we finally got the car back yesterday and were going to go to the irvine meet to show off his "baby" (the car, not me 
) when we got on to the freeway we heard a weird noise, like scrapping. we immedatly pull off to he shoulder. first thing that came to mind was "oh **** front bumper droped and we were pushing it." well i got out and checked, i didnt see any thing visably wrong with the front or rear bumpers, so my b/f checked. he noticed that the front undercarrage plastic was pulled under the car and that was making the noise... so we tried to fix it but the dumb fu(ks had not mounted that part on properly so we took it in today.... they cut the plastic back to the radiator........
on the other hand is car looks better

thats typical of shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttttttyyyyyyyyy body shops! I am surpized he didnt have the paint dripping etc when he got there or have run marks. Did they clearcoat? questions usually crappy shops fail with.
A mark of a good body shop is how clean the cars are kept in the lot and what kind of cars they are my .02 cents

I like not a bad kit at all and it looks clean on the car.
Have him get some rims!!!!
