Need opinions on a speeding ticket.

Whats up all. My dilema is that i had goteen a speeding ticket a whiles back and well i go to pay it online and well, turns out that my birthdate that they have in their system is not really my birthdate. My birthday is on a 10/03/1983 buton the ticket, the 3 kinda looks likea 5 so i have to type in 10/05/1983. Does anyone know if this can be dismissed or anything like that??? thanks

im pretty sure it has to be something more major than an incorrect birthdate. for example the color/make of your car!

they have your info correct. this sounds like it was a matter of transcribing it wrong, and that should not be cause for dismissal. FYI, if you got a ticket back in october and your just getting around to paying it now.....you may be in more trouble i.e. warrants are issued for failure to pay fines and/or license suspensions can be imposed.

usually when they make a mistake it is found, and they send you a correction in the mail. They did that with my last one on my license number, and i thought hell yeah! but then a few weeks later, i got somethign in the mail saying it was changed.
